My Story

Growing up and throughout college, I was living in the pool. I was blessed to complete internationally and at the US Olympic trials. My long time coach, Mike Troy, taught me work ethic and the notion of paying the price so that one day, others can applaud your “instant success!”

By the age of 15, I had started two businesses. From there, I was hooked and have been a career entrepreneur ever since – primarily in the personal development, business coaching, networking, and technology fields.

Over time, I mentored hundreds of people, developed leadership-based communities by the thousands and spoke around the globe to stadium-filled audiences about business, leadership, and living a purposeful life. I’ve shared the stage with notables such as Zig Ziglar, Les Brown, Mark Victor Hanson, John Maxwell, Robert Kiyosaki and others.

Then, as can happen in life, I entered into a challenging period. In addition to choosing to walk away from a multi-million dollar business due to some significant conflicts of beliefs and business ethics, I went through several other life-changing events. As a result, I was left with nothing but my experience and the grace to start over again. I understand difficult times and I know what’s it’s like to comeback.

This experience and the comeback process led to the release of my two books, Simon Says and The Anatomy of a Comeback.

Looking forward, I saw a technical need for multi-location businesses to fully capture the potential of the rapidly expanding social media space.  SocialWise, Inc. / dba. Rallio was launched and today serves thousands of businesses.

Today, in addition to leading Rallio, I continue my quest to burst the impossible with my extreme running challenges and to teach people to raise the belief of their own personal potential. When you change your thinking, you’ll change your life.

Live Your Passion. Serve Others. Change the World.

My best to you-

Chuck

P.S.: Life is not meant to be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up and totally worn out and loudly proclaiming, “WOW, what a RIDE!!!”
